Floral Design

First, I have to thank Margaret and Dave Pender at Victoria Park Florist in Chapel Hill, NC. Their shop is wonderful, their designs are breathtaking, and their staff is super knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.

I was lucky enough to work there for a while (before COVID!) and learned so much about caring for and arranging flowers. It was a really joyful experience.

Since then, I’ve been creating floral arrangements for events and weddings, working with both fresh and faux silk flowers. My mother loves flowers, too, and has the best eye for finding beautiful flowers and greenery and ribbons and vases for me to work with.

So… I’m adding this latest passion to my portfolio – Floral Design.
